Red Team refers to the practice of taking an adversarial position and challenging the existing structure (or the Blue Team). The goal is to first identify weaknesses and then to take action to strengthen the foundations of that structure. It is a practice commonly applied in the military and security domains. We’re taking that concept and applying it to the NBA Draft.
